2. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must:

- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Submit accurate job details
- Communicate respectfully with professionals
- Pay professionals for completed work
- Leave honest, fair reviews
4. Professional Responsibilities
Professionals agree to:
- Provide accurate credentials and qualifications
- Deliver services professionally and safely
- Purchase credits to unlock customer details
- Comply with all South African laws and regulations
5. Credits and Payments
- Professionals must purchase credits via Paystack to view customer details.
- Credits are non-refundable except in verified system error cases.
- ServiceConnect does NOT handle job payments or disputes between customer and professional.
6. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must reflect real experiences. We may remove reviews that:
- Contain abusive or offensive content
- Are false, misleading, or malicious
- Violate South African law
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Commit fraud or post fake jobs
- Impersonate another person or company
- Harass or abuse any user
- Attempt to hack, damage, or copy the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
ServiceConnect is not responsible for:
- Disputes between customers and professionals
- Service quality delivered by professionals
- Financial losses or damages resulting from platform usage
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the platform or its users.
